10:00 Teams gather at Abu Tig Marina and El Gouna Sailing Club
10:30 Spectators board spectator boat
11:00 Teams head towards the starting line
12:00 Start of Regatta (subject to wind conditions)
18:00 Gathering at the venue space at Abu Tig Marina for a debrief, mingle among sailors and spectators. Evening entertainment featuring live music.
20:00 Dinner at a local restaurant (Al Ba7r, La Plancha)

Day 2
11 May / Saturday

10:00 Teams gather for the last day of sailing races
18:00 Sundowner session at the podium venue
19:00 Prize giving, announcements, and overview of the day's events,
entertainment continues with live performances, aerial shows...
21:00 Dinner arrangements, venue TBA
